Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
Data Sync
Your journal entries and profile data are synced to your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit service. This data is tied to your Apple ID and is not accessible to us. You can manage or delete this data through your iCloud settings.

We use the following third-party Service Providers to monitor, analyze, and improve our Service:
Analytics

Subscription Management

Payments

Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.

Retention of Your Personal Data
Your journal entries and personal data are stored in your personal iCloud account and remain there until you delete them. We retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes for a limited period of time. Crash logs and analytics data are retained according to the policies of our third-party service providers.
Device Permissions
The Application may request access to the following:
- Camera - To take photos for your journal entries
- Photo Library - To select existing photos for your journal entries
- Notifications - To send daily reminder notifications (optional)
You can manage these permissions at any time through your device settings.

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data under GDPR
We may process Personal Data under the following conditions:
- Consent: You have given Your consent for processing Personal Data for one or more specific purposes.
